Who we are
Readersbay operates ReadersBay. House 03, Road 13, Sector 11, Uttara, Dhaka.
Information we use
When you create a ReadersBay account, Supabase processes your sign-in credentials. We store your account identifier, email address, and display name. We store your book orders, library access, and support requests. Billing details submitted at checkout are sent to the payment provider to process your payment. We do not collect card numbers or wallet PINs.
Why and with whom
We use this information to provide your account, deliver books, verify payments, prevent abuse, and answer requests. Our hosting and storage providers process data to operate the service. EPS processes payment details when live checkout is enabled. Service providers may process data outside your country.
Cookies and advertising
Sign-in uses essential session cookies. We do not currently enable advertising trackers or Meta Pixel. If that changes, this policy and any required consent controls will be updated before activation.
Retention and your choices
Account and order records are retained while needed to provide your library, resolve disputes, and satisfy applicable recordkeeping duties. You can request access, correction, or deletion through Contact. Some transaction records may need to remain for legal or fraud-prevention reasons.
